You have 5 seconds to recall your last used settings on the hob, which becomes very handy when you're cooking more than one dish. Within 5 seconds after you accidantaly turned off the hob, turn on the hob again and within next 5 seconds press StopGo function.

In more advanced models this function can be activated in customer setting mode, which will automatically lock the hob at every switch-off. Otherwise you can lock the hob by pressing the symbol.
