Hake fillets
Ingredients
- 4 hake fillets
- 100 ml white wine
- dill
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- a bunch of parsley
- lemon juice
Preparation
1 Season the fillets with all herbs and spices and drizzle with lemon juice.
2 Place the hake fillets in a large glass baking dish.
3 Pour 1 dl of white wine over the fish.
