- 5 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
- 75 g flour
- 75 g cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Whisk the egg yolks together with sugar. Beat the egg whites and lukewarm water until firm and dry.
Add egg whites to the yolks and sugar and gently fold in the flour combined with cornstarch and baking powder.
Grease the shallow baking sheet with butter, or line it with parchment paper. When the dough for the roll is done, turn it around carefully.
Spread, for example, a mixture of mascarpone, heavy cream, and blueberries over the dough and roll it up.
Let it cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
