- 4 hake fillets
- 100 ml white wine
- 2 cloves garlic
- a bunch of parsley
- lemon juice
Season the fillets with all herbs and spices and drizzle with lemon juice.
Place the hake fillets in a large glass baking dish.
Pour 1 dl of white wine over the fish.
